All puzzles are professionally printed and fulfilled in the United States by our production partners.
Do the puzzles come in a box?
Yes. Every puzzle comes in a durable gift-ready box featuring the puzzle artwork on the lid for easy reference during assembly.
How long does shipping take?
United States
Most US orders arrive within approximately 4–10 business days total.
This includes:
- Production time: usually 2–7 business days
- Shipping time: usually 2–5 business days

Can I return or exchange a puzzle?
Because every puzzle is made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer-related reasons.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we’ll make it right.
My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
